Please follow the following color key when scheduling and viewing your calendar:

When adding or editing an event title please enter the name of the teacher, which resource you are reserving, and the time in the title.  If reserving for all day please put the actual time in and not just click the all day button. You can put in actual times and not use the 30-minute increments. 

To find out the correct color, please scroll your mouse over the color palette pausing on the color and the name of the color will pop up,

The use of the event color is going to be very important to make sure we don’t have two classes signup for the same resource.

If you are unable to sign up for a resource please Jeff Hightower or Mr. Binford know so that we can document whether or not we need to obtain additional units.
