📢 Central Heights Middle School – End-of-Year Awards Ceremonies

6th & 7th Grade Awards - Wednesday, May 21st @ 12:45 pm
8th Grade Awards - Thursday, May 22nd @ 9:00 am

Dear CHMS Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to invite you to join us in celebrating our students' achievements at the upcoming End-of-Year Awards Ceremonies. Your presence makes these moments even more special for our students!

To ensure the safety of all guests and students, all visitors are required to check in through our Raptor Security System upon arrival. This process includes scanning a valid driver’s license.

To help expedite the check-in process on the day of the event, we strongly encourage all parents and guardians who plan to attend to pre-register using the form linked below.

đź“… Pre-check will close on Tuesday, May 20 at 3:00 PM.

đź”’ All submitted information will remain confidential and will only be used for pre-screening through our standard Raptor Safety System.

âś… Visitors who complete the pre-check will be able to sign in more quickly upon arrival.
âť— Those who do not pre-register will need to complete the full screening process at check-in.

📸 All visitors — pre-registered or not — must present a valid driver’s license to enter campus.

All awards and celebrations will be held in the HS Gymnasium. 

ALL VISITORS WILL NEED TO ENTER THROUGH THE SIDE DOORS TO THE RUSSELL GYMNASIUM, AND PROCEED TO THE REGISTRATION TABLE WITH YOUR LICENSE. This is the covered porch where we conduct MS pickup. 

If you will be taking your student home afterwards, you will need to sign them out. There will be a form available at the registration table when you leave.
