In accordance with Texas House Bill 1481, Central Heights ISD has implemented a district-wide policy that prohibits the use of personal electronic devices—such as cell phones and smartwatches—during the instructional day. This legislation was enacted to promote an environment focused on learning, minimize classroom distractions, and support student engagement.
