We want to share an important update regarding the Ascender Parent Portal and Student Portal.
Ascender has implemented a new global password policy that may impact Parent Portal and Student Portal accounts under the following situations:

• You choose to change your password
• A new portal account is created
• Your current password has expired

🔐 New Password Requirements

All new or updated passwords must meet ALL of the following criteria:

• 16 or more characters
• A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Numbers and special characters (example: ! @ # $ %)
• No spaces

These updated requirements are designed to improve security and protect student information.
If you experience any issues accessing your account or need assistance resetting your password, please contact your campus office for support.
